Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny team up to release reissue Nike Hare Jordans

Michael Jordan and Bugs Bunny have been working together longer than many millennials have been alive. The duo came out with their first commercial 23 years ago, which was followed by the cult favorite film “Space Jam” in 1996. Now, the two are back again to reissue their “Hare” Jordan shoes and they’re actually pretty cool.
The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Hare” has a white and silver upper and a multi-colored tongue inspired by Bugs Bunny’s carrot, Nike said in a press release.
Even cooler maybe is the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Lola,” which features a palette of pastel colors along with the special Hare Jordan graphic.
Jordan apparently wasn’t available to comment, but Bugs Bunny was. Nike posted a playful video online of Ahmad Rashad interviewing the cartoon about the new collaboration.
“Mike and I have been tight since he hit the game winner at North Carolina,” Bugs said. “We’re tighter than a pair of wet canvas kicks. He’s my dog and I’m his hare. We finish each other’s sentences.”
The shoes will be available to purchase on Saturday starting at 10 a.m. EDT. A pair retails for $125.
