Delays on Interstate 395 at 3rd Street tunnel in D.C. begin to ease as roadway reopens

A crash that involved a motorcycle is causing delays Tuesday morning at Interstate 395 and the 3rd Street tunnel in Southwest Washington.
Around 9:30 a.m., two of the lanes are blocked on the interstate’s northbound side near the tunnel. Authorities said there were injuries involved, but no further details were immediately available.
The delays are about six miles.
